Jersey City Open Data portal website will provide a variety of data including operational data, locations of municipal services or other landmarks, and a variety of other miscellaneous information.
This Data Portal is still a work in progress and will continue to grow and change moving forward. A list of datasets is available here as a list.

If you want some specific data, please fill out a [Data Request form] (http://data.jerseycitynj.gov/datarequest).
Open Data Standards and Metadata: We plan to work towards collecting metadata that follow [Project Open Data Metadata Schema] (https://project-open-data.cio.gov/schema/) and, in general, aligning Jersey City data with Open Data Standards.
Visualizations: To launch a visualization: a) click on the "Dashboards" tab, b) select a visualization, c) click on the "Launch Website" button.
Groups: Groups represent themes by which datasets are grouped.
